The Ministry of Abnormality
The past week
My band had its first show on Friday night, the 13th. The crowd was so electric, and we even had a mosh pit going :D In fact, the crowd reacted so well that the club asked us to play again the next night, the 14th. We did, the crowd was 1/4 the size but just as awesome.
I was so nervous beforehand, but once I got up there and things got going, I hammed it up so hard. I'm just so comfortable onstage in front of a crowd. Probably a byproduct of being in theatre, choir, and spelling bees for as long as I can remember.
I had two girls ask to be my girlfriend, one ask to be my groupie, one drunk stalker guy, and a friend referred to me as a "sex goddess." I think I'm going to like this band thing :D You can check out pictures and stuff at www.eyeofanger.com
Aside from that, I've been having weird heart murmurs that I'll go get checked out in the beginning of July when I can afford to do so. Damn privatized health care :(
